Intel Core i5 3470 Cant reach turbo speed

Hello Guys,

I dont know why but if i turn my boost clock on or change my Clock speed to 3,6GHZ its stays at 3.4Ghz is there a way i can change it to 3.6GHZ zo i can use the turbo boost speed?

My specs:

Processor: Intel core i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20Ghz

Motherboard: MSI H61MA-E35 (B3)

Videocard: Asus GTX660-DC2-2GD5 (Overclockt)

Memory: 2x 4GB 1333Mhz

Storage: 1TB western digital green and 240GB Kingston SSD

Power supply: 500watt (I don't know wich one)
