Hi there,
I want to download the display adapter driver for Acer Aspire ES-111-C188, and my current OS is Windows 7 Home Basic SP1 32-bit.
I tried to call technical support of Acer, but the guy told me "This model only supports Windows 8.1 64-bit", you know how ridiculous this answer is!
I've installed the OS, and now I cannot find any download resource of this processor, the processor is Celeron N2840, the the HD graphic processor is integrated.
Thank you very much.

Hi Robert,
Thank you very much for your answer, but unfortunately this driver doesn't support MS Windows 7. The processor is N2840 and it's listed.

Most of the times, Computer Manufactures design their systems along with special drivers for their units. They also set limitations or develop drivers for some Operating Systems, in your case for Windows 8.1.
My best recommendation, since this driver did not work for your computer, is to go back to the original Operating System and get the driver from the Computer Manufacture so you can get the correct functionality on the system.

If it's a personal computer, it doesn't matter for Windows 7 or Windows 8, but our company bought it for business, it's a real trouble. We have stoped to continue purchase this model.
For the ones we have bought, generic VGA driver works normal, but I still want to find an available driver of Celeron N2840 integrated HD graphic chipset.
Many thanks, Keven.
