Need help with HDMI port not working

I am using a Intel Extreme Motherboard DZ77RE-75K. THe HDMI port of the mother board is not working.

When i connect the HDMI cable from monitor to the HDMI port of the graphics card the display works fine. But when i try to use the HDMI port of the motherboard I get 'No Signal' error on the screen.

I tried to install the graphics driver from the download center: Graphics: Intel® HD Graphics Driver for Windows* 7. File name: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/confirm.aspx?httpDown=http://downloadmirror.intel.com/23280/a08/GFX_Win7_8_8.1_64_10.18.10.3496.zip&Lang=eng&Dwnldid=23280 GFX_Win7_8_8.1_64_10.18.10.3496.zip. This is also giving me an error "This Computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software".

I am not an advanced user but I feel my intel HD graphics is not detected by the mother board.

Can someone please help me with this issue.

Can you please try disconnecting the power source from the dedicated graphics card and then try with the HDMI port from the motherboard?

Try also installing this driver:
