Power up NUC when power is plugged into the NUC

I have two NUC D54250WYK and I want them to start up when the power is plugged into the wall. So I do not have to press the power button. Is that possible to do from bios?

I am not from Intel, but if you know how to change the BIOS settings, there is one you can try under Advanced-Power.  Try changing the "After Power Failure" setting from default (Stay Off) to the setting called Power On.  If it doesn't work as you desire, perhaps the BIOS distinguishes power failure (during working/sleeping) from pulling the plug (during off).
