Hi all,
My CPU is i5-4460 running on the Asus motherboard B85 Vanguard with Windows 8.1. I has opened vt-x & vt-d in the BIOS setting, and double checked it by using Intel Processor Identification Utility. But I found vt-x is disabled after resuming from sleep mode. Besides, Intel Processor Identification Utility shows that L2 & L3 cache are 0KB after resumption. Is there anyone can help on this issue?
Thanks in advance.
best regards,
EJ Hsu

Hello EJ, for this kind of issue I would recommend you to check if there is a new BIOS version available for your board since this seems to be a problem related to it.
You can also try to reinstall the same BIOS version if there is none.
In addition, you can also run the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool to determine if the processor has any issue:
