OK, so I have the NUC dccp847dye with crucial ssd and 2gb ram, running win 7. The computer will freeze for a second or two then unfreeze. This keeps repeating at the same interval. However it is getting longer. I have reinstalled win 7 and drivers, still freezes. Went into bios to check on things and it was freezing in there as well. Checked memory using the windows memory tool. I didn't see any errors in the first pass, but I left and came came back and it had already restarted, no file popped up stating any error. I also reseated the ram and ssd. Where do I start to figure this out.
Hello Jadiusatreu, thanks a lot for posting your question at Intel communities.
My recommendations for this issue will be to make sure you are running the latest BIOS available for this NUC. Intel® Download Center
You can also try installing the lasted graphics drivers Intel® Download Center
There is an additional thread from a user who was having this freezing issue but he is using Linux, however you can check it out https://communities.intel.com/message/227385#227385
