I'm playing some less demanding games that the igpu can definitely handle, but the thing keeps dropping to 650mhz. I can't find a way to get it to clock up, but I'm not used to intel driver software really. I was wondering if anyone here had a fix for that. I do have a z87 mobo, so I can work with that if I need to.
Thanks!

Hello Bubbleaswome, there is some additional information that I would like to get in order to find out what is causing this clock speed issue.
Would you please provide me this information?
Model number of your processor?
Model number of your motherboard?
Memory model number?
Graphics driver version installed?
Current BIOS version?
Also I would suggest running the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool to determine if the processor has any issue:

Based on the Graphics Base Frequency that this processor the speed you are getting is totally expected.
My recommendation will be to check with MSI if they have tips so you can modify the GPU of the processor.

While I know it is operating within normal speeds, I was wondering if there was a way to take it to full boost. Many GPUs have to ability to force 3D clocks and I was wondering if that was possible. I am not hitting power or thermal limits. If that is on MSI's side I will contact them.
