No. I did install the chipset driver set from the Sept driver bundle but not the Rapid Storage Technology. Should i?

OK i'm wondering if I have a physical problem with the NUC. Here's what has happened twice now
a) Machine will BSOD
b) on reboot no drive will be found.
c) leaving the device powered off for a period of time will not resolve the problem.
d) physically opening the case, and removing and re-inserting the SATA cable will fix the problem
I can't be sure it's the actual sata cable, but the act of removing the drive, wiggling everything around etc makes the drive recognised again. As it takes weeks to even longer for the problem to re-occur, this is going to be a nightmare to return. Is it possible to get an RMA from Intel somehow?
