system_service_exception igdkmd64.sys

Every time I am trying to connect a monitor to the HDMI port "I have the following error message : system_service_exception igdkmd64.sys . They have 2 HDMI post behind the computer 1 is on the graphic card and the other seam to be from the PC. If I use the other (not on graphic card) the pc will crash few minute after I connect a screen to this port but it will work well before crash.

JoelTG, could you please attach the DX Ddiag report from your system so I can check the current information?

Dxdiag Report: Type dxdiag in Start Menu> open> Save> Attach using Advanced Editor Options.

JoelTG, since your system has Switchable Graphics it is important to find out on BIOS which is the primary Video port. Sometimes when using a single monitor and if the video card was set as primary video source, the monitor needs to be connected to it.

I will also recommend you to install the graphics drivers again. On a system with switchable graphics it is necessary to install the Intel graphics drivers first and then Nvidia's.

Pleases explain me how to uninstall my current driver, because I don't know how to do it .
