I am sorry you feel that way about the support but let me help you.
I would like you to try some more troubleshooting steps to diagnose what the problem could be. So please try this:
- Take the motherboard out of the Chassis and put it over a wood surface or glass to discard grounding issues.
- Clear the CMOS and drain the power from the motherboard by disconnecting all components for about 10-15 minutes.
- Reconnect the system with minimum components. This means no Video cards, just one memory stick, 1 HDD and no audio cards.
- Try if possible another power supply with higher voltage.
