I have problem to discover host in RAID web Console 2, I downloaded from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=18440 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=18440, My server is Intel® Server Board S5520HCT are include in valid for the product(s) listed in software requierements, but when acces to 127.0.0.1 message appear is server not found because server may be down or server not installed in the host system. Is there any configuration in Bios Setting so I can acces the localhost.

The RAID Web Console 2 should be able to discover the localhost unless configured otherwise under the Configure Host settings.

I noticed that the link you posted is for version 12.05.03.00, I would recommend downloading version https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=24303&lang=eng&ProdId=3753 14.05.02.03 (latest) to compare results. Make sure that the device driver is installed properly as this might cause the console not to see the server.

By the way, what is the model of your RAID controller? This is to confirm that your specific model is supported by this utility.

Dear David,

I'm already try to download a new RWC 2 newest version as you recomended it is also support with my Server Board That is S5520HCR and for the the raid is adaptec raid 2405, but it is still same wont found the server. I use Windows Server 2008 R2. and for raid web console port I already open in windows firewall TCP port 3071 but it is still didnt work.

Is there any way to make Raid Web Console can works ? or is there any aother software to control RAID for Intel Board ?

Just to clarify, the RWC2 will find the server if there is a valid Intel® RAID controller installed in the system. It will not find third party controllers such as Adaptec cards.
