Hi Espaqu, I think there are a few things that can be tried about this memory related issue.
- Check if the memory you are using is compatible. Intel® NUC Boards and Kits — System memory
- Update the system BIOS incrementally. Intel® NUC Boards and Kits — BIOS update instructions
- The Intel® NUC unit may need to be replaced as one of the memory slots is defective. Contact Support
