WRT to SSR212MA, I do not want to go into the unlimited accounts of problems we have been encountering on this product since I have been supporting this product for over 4 years now and there are many undocumented issues, yours being one of them. Furthermore, this product is officially discontinued by Intel along with the support on it however as Rajiv gave you an excellent feedback on the resolution, you might want to try what he has suggested. In case, you still are unable to resolve the problem, here is what you might as well want to check.
Since you were using Intel DOM on it earlier that had Intel Storage Console running on it and now you are plugging in a HDD with Windows Server 2003 as a software stack for storage, you might want to check your cable connections since the DOM was plugged directly on the IDE slot without any cable connections but in this typical scenario, you are now attaching a HDD for your OS.
Kindly download the board manual from the site and ensure the cable connections for fans as well as the rest of the connections. In case the problem persists, you are welcome to contact us but we do not guarantee you direct factory support on this as I previously mentioned that due to product discontinuance, the product is void of any support now.
May I also ask, if you are an Intel Associate or Premier member selling this product directly or are you a client who purchased this product from one of the Associate or Premier members of Intel? Also, have you checked the product support page for FAQs or TA?
