Is there way to setup Arduino download to do it using wifi?

The majority of the time I am doing most of my stuff using PuTTY and WinSCP.  But there are still times that I test some stuff out using Arduino sketches.

The problem I have is I believe that the Arduino downloads are done using the tty associated with the USB in client mode. The problem is most of the time I have my edison USB in server mode, where I currently have an USB2AX plugged into it. (USB device to connect Dynamixel servos).

So the question is, is there any way to configure the Arduino IDE, to be able download the compiled Arduino sketch using the wifi connection? Or BT?  If not personally I think that would be a great feature.
