How to flash a bricked Edison Mini-BreakOut Board?

today I received my brand new Edison Mini-BreakOut Board, but I'm not able to boot this device.

It seems to be that it's not able to find it's boot partition on eMMC.

I'm able to connect to the board via Putty and can see some boot messages from u-boot. This sequence is shown on my Putty session, repeating after a few seconds all the time:

      U-Boot 2014.04 (Aug 20 2014 - 16:08:32)

With LS-USB I got the following USB device IDs from the Edison board:

      0x8086 0xE005 MERRIFIELD
      0x0403 0x6001 FT232R USB UART

Any chance to fix this by reflashing the Edison?

      Thanks in advance.
