Which libraries is the Arduino IDE complaining about? It looks like the pulsioximeter uses some sort of interrupt routine (which will not work on Edison w/out some tweaking).
I'm trying to use the same pulseoximeter sensor on Intel Galileo Gen 2 board and I have the same issue.
Pulseoximeter has "start" button (pin6), and it is using only to start measurements and readings from data pins 7-13.
Looks like we need additional GPIO tuning but I didn't found how to do it.
e-Health sensor works perfectly on Arduino UNO, is there any way to configure Galileo Gen 2 GPIO like UNO?
I've found useful things:
Intel Galileo - Programming GPIO From Linux - Malinov Family Web Presence
But I have not enough experience in that area. Could you please provide me with additional information how to configure Galileo's GPIO like on Arduino UNO?
