VIDEO_DXGKRNL_ERROR PROBLEM, HELP/FIX PLEASE

Hi, i just got a dell inspiron 17 (3737, Mid 2013), and after I installed Windows 8.1 I started having some issues: each time i start the pc it shows that there is a problem VIDEO_DXGKRNL_ERROR and pc restarts. The dell logo appear twice and the laptop takes a lot of time to boot. Also if I put it on sleep when i press the wake up button it restarts. Please someone help me with this. Thanks
