Intel HD Graphics 4600 new driver issues

Hey guys,

I just installed the new driver for my Intel HD Graphics 4600 (version 10.18.10.3907), but now I get some ingame problems with "Cloudbuilt" (a game on steam). Many of the textures are not visible anymore and I just see black objects. It's like someone dimmed the light. I had no problems before this driver update. Does anyone else have this special problem or do you even know what's going on? ❤️

Hello Ninjin,

I am sorry you are having this problem but let me help you.

At this point, we have not received reports from other users about this issue but I would like to get more information about the configuration you have.

Please provide the following:

  1. Attach your dxdiag report and graphics report here.

How to get it?

Dxdiag Report: Type dxdiag in Start Menu> open> Save> Attach using Advanced Editor Options.

Graphics Report: Right click on desktop> Graphics Properties> Options> Drop Down Menu> Information Center> Save> Attach using Advanced Editor Options.

  1. If possible please provide a video and images of the issue.
  2. Let us know the steps to reproduce the issue.
  3. What is the complete game name and version you are using?

It works again. Was that the previous version I just installed? Do you have to check less code now? 😜 Anyway good luck ❤️

Yes, Version 3621 is the previous version of our graphics drivers. I recommend you keep using that one. I am going to send all information to development so they can investigate this issue.
