Intel Matrix RAID and two hard drives

I have two identical 1 TB hard drives. First hard drive contains four partitions which have OS installed and some other files. Second one is straight from the store. It seems to be unformatted because Windows itself doesn't detect it, but BIOS does.

WinXP SP3 has been installed with RAID drivers, so it suppose to be RAID-ready system. Asus P5Q-E motherboard has ICH10R southbridge where these two hard drives are connected. Intel Matrix Storage Manager has been installed and it detects correctly two non-RAID drives.

The problem is that how I can make these two hard drives to work the way that OS and storage partition uses RAID 1 and games/software partitions use RAID 0? Is that possible without reinstalling OS or deleting existing partitions except OS partition?
