Intel Iris Graphics Gaming Problem

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I'll try anyway.

Recently I installed Halo 2 PC on my laptop. However, the game runs very poorly and the only way i can achieve a reasonable framerate is by using the lowest resolution, which is not enjoyable. Many of the in-game textures are also flashing. I can only assume this is a problem with the integrated graphics, as the game ran smoothly on my crappy old netbook with an Intel HD 4000. I have reinstalled the game multiple times, made sure all my drivers were updated, and tinkered round with the in-game settings, but with no luck.

Specs:

My laptop is a late 2013 Retina Macbook Pro which I use with Bootcamp. Note that I don't try to run the game at the native 2560x1600 resolution of the retina display.

Intel(R) Dual Core(TM) i5-4258U @ 2.40GHz

Intel(R) Iris(TM) Graphics 5100

8.00GB RAM

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Any advice at all would be appreciated.

Arthurbell, based on agreement between Intel® and Apple, all support and drivers will be provided by the Computer Manufacturer only.

You may want to try our generic drivers https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=24245&lang=eng&ProdId=3722 Intel® Download Center ; however if the issue persists, it will be necessary to contact Apple for further support. http://www.apple.com/support/mac/ http://www.apple.com/support/mac/
