Could you provide more information? Did you modify anything during the building or you just follow the steps of the BSP? Please send us a screenshot of the error.
I got the same message, but I believe it can be ignored. I went ahead and used what was produced from the bitbake, and it booted OK. bzImage is used rather than vmlinux, so I guess it's just a cleanup needed on the postBuild.sh script.
ok, I will give it a try...I was not to concerned about the missing vmlinuz it was the failed mkimage command that worried me (mkimage sounds important )
EDIT: Yep, the image worked in spite of the two errrors! thanks!
For anyone interested, I resolved the 'u-boot/tools/mkimage missing' problem by installing u-boot-tools (I am running Ubuntu 14.04). I then made a symbolic link from /usr/bin/mkimage to edison-src/u-boot/tools/mkimage
I did the same on Fedora 20, see my thread ota_update.scr missing.
rkd (apparently an Intel person) replied that it was fixed and would be pushed to the community soon.
