Hi mukul,

Let me help you with this.

Based on the report you have provided, the computer is running Windows 8.1 with the first generation of HD graphics and here is where the problem is.

The graphics controller your computer has can run up to Windows 7 since these are the drivers we have available.

My best recommendation is to do a clean installation of Windows 7 and install the latest driver we have for your controller. It can be downloaded here:
