Hi Vonbryan, may I ask for the brand and model of your SSD, the computer model and operating system being used?
How is the drive connected to your system?
Did you try a secure erase on the drive?

windows 7 64/bit
main board sata 3
using ga970a ds3p
the toolbox detect the ssd but every option there like secure erase doesnt work or that button is disable
and if i scan there toolbox always get Error: An error was detected reading data from the selected Intel SSD. Contact your reseller or local Intel representative for assistance.
Do you have the option to test the drive in a different system to see if the issue follows the drive?
yes mr joe i still got the same problem
- Try using a different SATA port and cable, and check if the issue is resolved.
- If the situation persists, please attempt doing a Secure erase on the SSD.
