Why is this happening?:
With Intel eXtensible Host Controller driver 22.214.171.124:
-USB 3.0 hard drives take 70+ seconds to appear as Hard Drives in Windows Explorer when plugged into USB 2.0 ports.
With unreleased Intel eXtensible Host Controller driver 126.96.36.199:
-The delay is fixed - USB 3.0 hard drives now show up quickly when plugged into USB 2.0 ports
-USB 3.0 hard drives never show up as Hard Drives in Windows Explorer when plugged into one of the USB 2.0 ports. They do with the other USB 2.0 ports and USB 3.0 port.
