The current drivers for the Intel Celeron N2930 are back from March!
The latest generic HD Graphics drivers that should work, do not install for this CPU.
The latest driver I can get to work is this one for a few of the NUC's: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/confirm.aspx?httpDown=http://downloadmirror.intel.com/24224/a08/GFX_Win7_8_8.1_64_10.18.10.3910.zip&Lang=eng&Dwnldid=24224 Intel® Download Center
Version: 10.18.10.3910 (Latest)
Date: 08/21/2014
Netflix in 8.1 does not work in dolby ditigal 5.1 with the latest drivers that I'm supposed to be using.
However this NUC generic driver fixes the issue and installs perfectly fine.
So what's the hold up with getting the driver updated for my chip because I would like to be using the latest and greatest drivers for a processor that was just released this year!

Same here.i own an 3rd gen HD 4000(3770K) and the last driver for the hd 4000 was on may this year. They just released a driver for the 4th gen processors but not for the 3rd gen;even, atleast not for the HD 4000. My opinion is they are busy with their haswell cpu's. i have no idea when the HD 4000 will receive a new driver.hoping they'll be releasing soon or its nearing driver EOL.

I am sorry for the trouble.
You may also get drivers from the http://www.intel.com/support/oems.htm system/motherboard manufacturer's website in the meantime.

That's the direct option that I have, but they're the ones that have the outdated driver.
Intel doesn't even have a direct link to download the driver for my processor for some unknowing reason.
When I go to download my processors driver through intel it says to use the auto Intel® Driver Update Utility.
But tells me my drivers all all current.
The system in question is this:
ZOTAC ZBOX CI320 nanoStill no working drivers to fix my stuttering netflix issue and forced to go 2.0 stereo audio! Which is ridiculous. This processor is in desperate need of a driver update, and there are working drivers out there for it, just not officially released versions!

demoncamber, I was reviewing the information you provided. There are driver versions from April and May.

The driver version you mentioned above is not intended for your Intel® processor model.

Joe, thanks for the help. So you're saying the best option and latest driver I should use is this one:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=23886 Intel® Download Center

This is in reference for 8.1 x64, as that's my operating system.

Also, as a quick question, since Zotac's download page pretty much sucks (no date sorting for downloads, hard to navigate) what exactly would be the best way to find drivers for my N2930 through intel, without using the auto updater for both chipset and graphics drivers?

You may go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx and type N2930 in the "Search downloads" box. The drivers listed include the version 15.33.18.3496 for 32 and 64 bit.
The generic driver version 15.33.22.3621 is only available for 32-bit. I have included the 64-bit driver which is actually intended for the Intel® NUC DN2820FYK just to make things easier for you, but if it does not work with your system you will need to use the previous version.
