Yes I know, but I've tried certain things to "enable" it such as playing graphic intensive games, performing an antivirus scan(i saw this suggestion while searching on how to enable turbo boost),etc. but was ineffective. No matter what I do, it still stays on "energy saver mode"-no fluctuations or whatsoever...is there something wrong with my laptop?BTW Im using Acer Aspire S3-391,Intel Core i5-3317U,4GB RAM Thanks in advance

If it is still not working you may need to contact the Computer Manufacture for them to check the unit or possible replacement.
