Ok, please don't beat me up!

I have never installed a raid 0 system but have started to build a new system and was thinking of doing Raid. I have a Caviar 1tb hard drive and was thinking of buying 2 Velociraptor 300 GB drives for the Raid 0. I would also use the Caviar outside the Raid 0 and use it for things like Pictures, Music, Video, Documents, ets. I would let the Raid 0 drives handle Windows Vista 64 bit. Does this make sense to do it this way? Thanks jerryvar
