What PSU do you have?
How long has the RAID been setup?
Update Chipset Software.
Update to intel matrix storage 8.8 (at this time don't get 8.9 at this time).
Before running a “verify and repair volume data” run windows check disk with “..attempt recovery of bad sectors”.
Find what RAID Option ROM Version you are using by using Matrix Storage Manager > View > System Report > next tab.

i update you after the rebooting
I set up a raid 10 array on an ICH10R chipset, same problem, locks up at 30% and had to hard shut down. software updates didnt help. using matrix 8.9. i had an identical server and decided to swap drives, this time the new server found drive 0 was bad. it started rebuilding array with my spare drive and its worked so far no probs. im upset however that i had to do this, the first server should have picked it up no problem the first time... lost data because of it as well. Almost got fired
