Regarding your situation it looks like your system is using AMD video graphics, therefore Intel Drivers cannot be installed on your system since they are detecting AMD drivers.
If you would like to use Intel HD3000 instead of AMD, it will be necessary contact HP so they can let you know how to enable them.

Bear in mind that the drivers we provided are generic and some computer manufacturer does not allow the installation of this generic Intel video drives.
