Is the Rangeley product FIPS compliant? In particular, C2358 and C2518.

We are currently using the Rangeley product, in particular the 2-Core C2358 and the 4-Core C2518. Can someone help to clarify whether they FIPS-140-2 Level 1 compliant?

If they are, can someone help to point out where I can locate the documentation for it?
