Having trouble updating my driver

So I just got the Sims 4 and noticed it kept crashing.

Someone told me, after seeing my DxDiag, that I should try to update my Graphics Driver and linked me to the Intel Iris.

It wont download because, I'm assuming, it's a gen 4 and my computer is currently running Gen 3 Intel HD Graphics 4000

I kept getting errors like "Doesn't meet system requirements" or "doesn't support operating system" or processor.

Here's my DxDiag if anyone is interested:

Is there an update for my graphics card?

I did the Intel driver update utility and it said to download version 15.33.22.64.3621 after identifying my driver but the link to the driver no longer existed.

Please help!

Hi Chazlegit,

As Hary said, the latest driver we released is for Haswell platform only but based on the dxdiag report report your computer is running a very old driver so you will find improvements when updating the graphics driver.

The driver you can download is this:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=23885&lang=eng&ProdId=3712 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=23885&lang=eng&ProdId=3712

During the installation process you can find problems or error messages. These errors appear because your computer is branded system and you are trying to install our generic driver.

Here you can find instructions in how to install the driver if you encounter problems during the installation:
