My best recommendation is for you to look for the latest BIOS update for your computer. Also, is important to update the drivers for the discrete video card and run all Microsoft updates.

The problem that annoys me is that sometimes after Windows says "Shutting down" the laptop hangs not powering off and Power button is still lit and Fan keeps blowing so fast with a high sound and it never power off unless you hold the power button to power it off..
So, hardware doesn't have to do with this issue? Because I am very concerned about it being a hardware issue...
