We've been trying to get the Neutrino 6.3.2 runtime to run on an Intel DG43NB motherboard, to no avail. We're loading QNX 6.3.2 from CD-ROM onto a SATA hard drive. The install appears to go normally, but when it's done the reboot hangs at the Intel splash screen. Pressing F2 to enter the BIOS doesn't work, either, unless I disconnect the SATA hard drive. The thing works just fine with a Windows hard drive. It's almost as if the BIOS is looking for some kind of signature on the hard drive that is specific to Windows, and fails when it finds whatever QNX places in the same location. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
More info: I found that, if I make the QNX boot partition small, say, 1gb, then it will boot just fine. However, I then tried adding a second QNX partition that has the rest of the disk, something like 230gb, then it will again refuse to boot. So, something about a large QNX partition is hosing the boot process
