XTU can't read Core i5 3317U (Surface Pro) CPU Frequency

I upgraded into the newest version but it still has issue. Any idea for this issue?

Hi KidSe7en, it is important to know that Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility was designed to be used with Intel® Extreme Desktop Boards and unlocked or Extreme Intel® Core Processors. Therefore, the software tool may not work properly with your system.

There are some free third party tools available online that can read the CPU frequency but I strongly suggest asking the system manufacturer first in case they provide a software tool for your model.
