Hello Prasadnaik15, I’m sorry for the inconvenience that you have faced with your system.
There could be a few things that are causing thing behavior. Some recommendations I could give you are the following:
- Check the current BIOS version on your NUC and try to update it to the next version available.
- Test the SSD on another system.
- There is a possibility of having a defective Msata port on the NUC
There is a possibility of having a defective Msata port on the NUC
Can this be changed ? or the entire NUC has to be replaced?
It will be necessary to test another SSD on the NUC in order to find out if the Msata is or not defective.
If the issue persisted, if will be necessary to replace the whole unit since we do not have spare parts.
