If you are looking for the RAID BIOS screen, please use Ctrl I during POST to enter the RAID Configuration Utility.
After pressing <CTRL-I>, you will be at a screen similar to this depending on components:

Unfortunally, I can't reach this screen even if the SATA Mode Selection is set to RAID.
I had already this problem and put a Windows 7 USB key has shown the screen. This time it haven't.
That's why I was wondering if there is a way to reinstall this utility even if I don't think that installing Linux has removed it.
Sorry to hear you still have same problem.
I am afraid you cannot re-install this utility. You may try updating your computer BIOS, or even accessing the BIOS configuration and check if there is "Hard Disk pre delay" option, where you can set it a "5" seconds.
