I think it is the Xeon 7030 (http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=27225&processor=7030&spec-codes=SL8UB), but I'm not sure.
Can you confirm that???

Then Go to the link below:
http://processorfinder.intel.com/default.aspx http://processorfinder.intel.com/default.aspx
Select the Intel Xeon Family
Fill in as much information as possible and see if you can identify it. (like cpu speed, cache size, package type, bus speed)
If the sorting list is too long, you will need to remove the cpu from the system and get the SL number from the CPU itself.
