I understand you are experiencing no boot issue with your NUC.
Please try the following recommendations:
- Remove all non-essential add-in cards or components.
- If possible, test other memory modules.
- Make sure the memory is on the compatibility list, and if not try another brand. The list can be found at the following URL Intel® NUC Boards and Kits — System memory

Thanks for your reply, I already spoke with Heidi from Customer Support through email, the problem is the NUC is completely dead, with or without the memory, it’s not the power supply that came with the NUC and it’s not my 3rd party parts that’s broken.
I’ve checked it all and they work, the NUC won’t even power on, with or without the parts in place, when I click the power button nothing happens, there is no LED displaying when I hit the power button.
