Hello everybody,
I'm a newcommer in this community and this is my first discussion.
It will be about graphics capabilities of my daughter's Acer Aspire One notebook, with the following specs:
CPU: Intel Celeron 1007U 1500 MHz, Intel HM70 chipset
Memory: 2 GB DDR3
Video: Video Adapter Type - Integrated Graphics
Video Chipset - Intel GMA HD
Graphics Memory - Technology SMA
Screen Resolution - 1366x768
HDD: 500 GB
Windows 7, 32 bit
DirectX 10.1
My daughter wanted to try The Sims 4 Game Demo, but when trying to start the demo, an error message is displayed, saying that the video card is not compatible, or the videodriver needs to be updated.
The Sims 4 system requirements, regarding the graphics adapter, are declared as follows:
VIDEO CARD: 128 MB of Video RAM and support for Pixel Shader 3.0.
Supported Video Cards: NVIDIA GeForce 6600 or better,
ATI Radeon X1300 or better,
Intel GMA X4500 or better
So, my question is - should this notebook's graphics be compatible with The Sims 4 requirements, or not ?
And, if NOT - is there any solushion to this problem ?
Thank you in advance to everybody, who is ready to help !
Best regards
Lyubomir

Hi Lyubomir,
Thanks for posting and welcome to our community. I will be more than glad to help you on this.
It is important to say that based on the Game requirements and details from your computer, it seems it should be compatible but it is necessary to have some more information so I can provide accurate information.
Please provide the following:
- Attach your dxdiag report here. How to get it?
Dxdiag Report: Type dxdiag in Start Menu> open> Save> Copy/Paste here.
- Have you tried running the game with minimum settings?
