I am sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with Intel Graphics Driver.
At this stage, it looks like you have a registry problem, please try uninstalling any Intel Graphics Driver from Control Panel and then, download and install the latest video drivers for your graphics controller.
I recommend reinstall the driver via manual installation.
To install the Intel generic driver, choose one of the Windows manual driver installation methods for updating a driver:
- For Microsoft Windows 8, go to Desktop graphics drivers — How to Manually Install a Driver in Microsoft Windows 8* or Windows 8.1*.
- For Microsoft Windows 7, go to Graphics Drivers — How to Manually Install a Driver in Microsoft Windows 7*.
