Links to latest Intel® HD Graphics 4000 broken

I used the Intel® Driver Update Utility and it tells me there's a newer driver available. Clicked on the download link and it brings me to another page saying "The file that you are trying to download has either been moved, renamed or archived."

Went to this download center page and I can't find any link to download the latest driver https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=21310&lang=eng&ProdId=3712

I'm running on my laptop ASUS N56VZ

      Win 8.1 64bit

Intel® HD Graphics 4000 ( current driver installed)

      Nvidia GeForce GT 650M

Also, I just saw the thread about the Black Screen, it has happened to me while playing Starcraft 2. I noticed this happened only after I updated something (which I can't remember if it was the OS or the GFX) a long time ago but didn't really bothered about it until now.

I'd like assistance to help me find the latest driver that they suggested for me, the ( for 3rd Generation Intel® Core™ Processors with Intel® HD Graphics 4000.

      Please help.

      Thanks & Regards,
