Regarding your issue it is very important for me to know if the 100 grades are Fahrenheit or Celsius?
Some recommendations I can give are the following:
- Check for a BIOS update on the motherboard.
- Make sure the heat sink is working as expected. You may want to try another one just for testing.
- Check if there is enough thermal paste on top of the CPU.
- We provide an application that is called Intel® Processor Diagnostics Tool. You can run this application and it will diagnose the processor components and will generate a result. I suggest you running this in to discard any possible issues with the processor (hardware). You can get this from the following link:
