I didn't plug my D54250WYK out in time before lightning hit and now it won't power up.
I have tried with another AC adapter with same voltage values, and still nothing.
I guess it is a lost cause, but just in case anyone has a suggestion..

At this point, the issue that you are experiencing seems to be related to the hardware of your system. I recommend contacting Intel support for possible warranty options.
