I started having problems with my graphics driver so I decided to uninstall it from Device Manager. Then I decided to reinstall my driver by going to to the intel site. Since I have an Intel HD 2000 I downloaded it from here. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=23764&lang=eng&ProdId=3319 Intel HD Graphics 2000/3000 Download
I went through the setup process and when it was installing I got an error message saying "Your computer does not meet the minimum requirement for installing the software". Why does it say that? I have an Intel HD 2000 Graphics driver and I installed the right download! Also when I go to device manager and see the adapters and all I see is Video Controller (VGA Compatible).
Here is my system info.

Hi CoreTech,
I am sorry you are having problems installing the driver but let me help you finding the solution for this.
It is important to mention that the reason why you are getting this message during the installation of our driver is that the driver is standard software for your OEM computer. What I mean to say is that we as Intel® provide the hardware to Computer Manufactures and they will design and create their systems with special configurations so you may find problems installing our driver.
However, there are some troubleshooting steps you can try to solve the issue. Please download the driver for your controller at the following link:

Okay, so I followed the steps and uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it. The installation finished and made me restart my computer. After my computer restarted it said driver installing at the right hand corner. I looked and the driver was Video Controller (VGA Compatible). It also failed to install. Any feedback on what I should do?

Hi CoreTech,
I am sorry to hear you are still having problems. At this point if you have done the troubleshooting steps mentioned before the best option at this point is for you to contact the Computer Manufacture and get their special drivers for your computer.

Kevin,
Help please!
I have installed Windows 7 Ultimate 32 on my new Asus X553M and I have successfully installed all drivers except Intel HD graphics.
I am getting "The computer does not meet the minimum requirement"
I am downloading old and new drivers from Intel - does not work
I am downloading zipped and exe versions of driver - does not work
I am downloading Intel® Driver Update Utility. It detects the video but can not install the driver.
I am trying to update the driver through "Update driver" system option - does not work.
What am I doing wrong?

Hello faresjandali,
Please note that the drivers we currently have are Windows Operating System for desktop platforms so we do not have drivers for Server versions.
My recommendation is to contact your Computer Manufacture and request the driver from their side.
