driver update compatibility failure

hi, i was attempting to install the HD graphics driver that was scanned to be compatible with my laptop but when the installation was complete it claimed it wasnt compatible, this is what i tried to install;

Intel® Iris™ and HD graphics Driver for Windows* 7/8/8.1 64-bit

Installs the Intel® Iris™ and HD Graphics Driver for Windows* 7/8/8.1 64-bit version 15.33.22.64.3621 (10.18.10.3621)

OS: Windows 7 (64-bit)*, Windows 8, 64-bit*, Windows 8.1, 64-bit*

i would really love some help with this issue

Hello Jelvis, I'm sorry for the inconvenience that you have faced with your system and the driver installation.

Some computer manufacture does not allow the installation of generic Intel video drives.
