Hello SonicMaster, thanks for contacting us through the Intel Communities.
It is very important for me to know which the model number of your computer is. I also need to know the chipset that came with it.
The Matrix Storage Manager is the old version of the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology, we could try to update this software first however I need to find out if it is supported by the chipset.
Please reply to me with this information, also if you have RAID please let me know if it is RAID0, 1 or 5?

@ SonicMaster, Sylvia is needing the model number of the ASUS system (i.e. UX31A). That info is not available in the linked reports. Could you please provide the model number?
System Model: S551LB
I presume system model is the type specific type and series of my laptop, its in the sys.info within the 2nd link.
Hello SonicMaster, thanks for the information provided.
I would recommend you installing the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology instead of the Intel Matrix Storage Manager.
Please try this version, but if you still getting the same error, probably is because your operating system is corrupted and it will be necessary to reinstall Windows.
But I already am using IRST but I went on anyways and opted for the repair option and restarted. Nothing changed.
Since people in Microsoft and Asus kept on going on about outdated software, I decided to go back to the root of my problems again and try to update Intel® HD Graphics 4400. When I click download now, it says the download file is either moved or deleted. So I alt-click the title and the link below the 'Download Now' button:
Intel® Download Center (lets call this A and the one below B)
When I downloaded A, the thread title appeared. Link B goes to the same link so I presume Intel HD Graphics 4400 has been renamed. This are the only driver considered not up to date. Any suggestions other than reinstall Windows?
