Hello,
is it ok for i7 920 to go around 60-75 celsius while playing games? If I don't its around 45-55. Room temp is 30 celsius approximately.

There is no definite answer to this question I feel.
You probably want it below 65.

It is recommended to maintain the temperature below Tcase (67.9°C) but it is normal to get spikes above that amount if the processor is under heavy load.
