Regarding your problem, I was able to get the driver and download it on my system, so please try the following process:
- Uninstall Intel® HD Graphics. Graphics — Uninstalling the Intel® Graphics Driver and Intel Display/HDMI Audio Driver
- Restart your system.
- Manually install Intel® HD Graphics driver. Desktop graphics drivers — How to Manually Install a Driver in Microsoft Windows 8* or Windows 8.1*
If this does not work you will need to use the driver provided by the system manufacturer.
