Xeon Quad Core X3330 compatable with DP45SG m/board?

Is the Xeon Quad core X3330 compatable with the DP45SG motherboard? Both have the LGA 775 socket, and both support 45nm core 2 processors, but I cant find a definitave answer to say these 2 are compatable.

Please help!

The cpu x3330 is not on the tested and validated list.
