I understand you are trying to update to the latest video drivers.
It sounds like a windows registry corruption when installing the video drivers.
You may try forcing the installation of Intel generic drivers by performing manual procedure, see here for instructions:
Select your operating system version and download the zip version of the video driver:
I did a system restore and now i can see the display adapter in device manager
But whenever i try to update it the error comes up "setup program failed to install one or more drivers"
As you mentioned above i have download zip folder and tried force installation(manual installation) but the error comes up ugain.
Neither i can install INF drivers nor MEI software.
Always the same error comes up when try to install them.
I use windows 8 x64bit.

I see you are posting at https://communities.intel.com/thread/53110 and the same recommendations were provided. I am afraid, you need to reload the operating system because it looks like your Windows registry is corrupted.
